Welcome back to another part of my makeup collection series! I hope you have enjoyed reading them as much as I have enjoyed getting them ready for you. Today’s post is going to focus on my blush collection.
Let’s get into it!
Designer Brands Mineral Pressed Blush (shades Blossom & Rose) – these are two blushers that I have had in my collection for some time now and for good reason. They are both such beautiful colours, and even though I don’t reach for them as much as I probably should, when I do use them I am reminded of why I brought them in the first place. Not only are they great quality and have just the right amount of pigmentation, but they are also super affordable too!
Anastasia Beverly Hills Blush Trio (shades Basically, Sugar & Rose) – this is a newer product in my collection so I haven’t done my final review on it just yet. I love the tones of all three of the blushers and I have heard some great things about the formula from other lovers of Anastasia Beverly Hills.
Nars Blush (shade Orgasm) – this is one of those cult favourite blushers, and it is very easy to see why. This blush has just the right mix of pinky tones and small golden glitters which make it look absolutely stunning on the skin.
Benefit Blushes (shades Dandelion & Galifornia) – again, these are some blushers that I don’t reach for often even though they are stunning in their boxed cartons. Dandelion is aimed more at being a highlight shade, but as it pulls a lot more pink on my skin, I would consider it to be a blush. Galifornia was one of those shades that I loved when it first came out, but once I had gotten through the gold spray on the very top of the product, I quickly realised it is very similar to so many other blushers in my collection.
The Balm Cosmetics Blushes (shades Hot Mama & Downboy) – another set of oldies but goodies in my collection. I love how pale pink and muted Downboy blush is on my skin tone, and when I want something with a little more peachy-ness with a slight shimmer I tend to go straight for Hot Mama.
Milani Baked Blushes (shades Luminoso, Dolce Pink & Berry Amore) – these blushers are so stunning and they look even more amazing on the skin. Luminoso is a cult favourite amongst the beauty community, and I feel like Dolce Pink and Berry Amore don’t get as much hype as they should!
Tarte Amazonian Clay 12-hour Blush (shade Feisty) – I picked this up as a mini sample with a purchase I made from Tarte a little while back. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem that you can buy this as a full sized blush, but I am so happy I managed to get my hands on the mini version. This is my perfect everyday blush and it is always the one I pick when I just want a nice and natural colour to my cheeks.
Too Faced Love Flush Blush Wardrobe – this amazing limited edition palette is one of my all time favourites! Sadly you can no longer purchase it so I won’t give too much detail. My favourites from this palette would have to be Love Hangover and How Deep is Your Love?
Face of Australia Blushes (shades Nutmeg & Primrose) – these were some of the very first blushers I brought for my collection (how long is too long for a blush to be hanging around?) Luckily they still perform the exact same as they did the day I first brought them. Primrose used to be my go-to shade, however, these days I am a sucker for more of a peachy blush so Nutmeg has been getting a workout.
What are some of your favourite blushers at the moment? Leave me a comment and let me know! 🙂
